At SheTwo Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
  • We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  1. Items Not Eligible for Returns:
  • Certain products are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to:
    • Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products.
    • Products marked as final sale or clearance.
    • Gift cards.
  1. Return Process:
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact email: info@she2.in within 7 days of your purchase date. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to return the item.
  • Please securely package the item and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  1. Refunds:
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 2 days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@she2. in with photos of the damaged or defective product. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with a replacement or refund.
